Big thanks to Ali Wilson for providing this scene report...
Who are we?
The longskaters of NB. A bunch of random oddballs all sharing a passion for pushing planks in our idyllic seaside town of North Berwick, Scotland! The scene here is still young and shows promising signs of growth - progression is what we are all about and while skateboarding has always been popular here a new following devoted to longboards has emerged out of nowhere.

What are we skating?
You name it! We do our best to ride all manner of setups over different disciplines. You got your classic cruisers to carve up the concrete waves and bomb hills, classic and old school short boards for sliding and taking that old skool style to somewhere totally new, the odd slalom board for ripping up car parks and the town centre then if you are not adverse to going disgustingly fast on the steepest roads we have also got speed boards running around too!

Where do we skate?
Regulars out there in the field include Ali, Elliot, Squelchy, Johnny, Kirsty… who regularly session the hills and roads all over the town. There are some sweet hills for sliding and styling up which we frequent whenever we aren’t at school or working as well as car parks and a small skatepark so there is something to ride no matter what tickles your pickle.

I guess that’s all we got to say right now? Keep on skating, what doesn‘t kill you makes you stronger, do what you love and keep up the good work Lush!
Big shout to all in North Berwick, you’re an inspiring bunch and thanks again to Gordon at the Great Escape for helping us get the ball rolling and keeping us skating.
