Longboarding tips and tricks
If you own a longboard and skate it down hills at a reasonable speed, you should make it your mission to get all of this stuff wired - if nothing else for safety's sake. Being able to control your speed, corner properly and stop super fast will let you ride steeper hills faster and safer - which means you'll have more fun doing it!

Carving, cruising and bombing are most fun on a "proper longboard" - by which we mean something over 40" long with soft wheels and turny trucks. For more equipment help go to the Workshop.
