Once you are clued up on the basics of sliding, you know where the breaking point of your wheels are, and you can trust your equipment, you can start playing with hands down 360s. There are heel side and toe side variations. Here we will look at the heel side version which is essentially an extension of the coleman slide.

The Next Step:
360s are a gate way to a lot of progressive slides like 720's, 1080's, flatspins, and can be awesome way of linking stuff together or scrubbing off speed with style. The first thing to get after you've managed a heelside 3 is a toeside 3. After that - try multiple spins (stay on your hands in front of the board and keep spinning), one-handed 3's, spins on the kick nose/tail, linking 360s in with tight corners, layback to 360, heelside into toeside 360 (a "flip-flop", or "rewind"), grabbed spins, stalling the board at 270 and bringing it back again (an "anti-three") - jeez the list is endless! Get out there are get on it...
