We guarentee all our decks against manufacturers defects for 30 days after Purchase. If your deck suffers from  a snap, delamination or warping and you think it's our fault, please contact us and we'll see if we can sort you out with a replacement.

We will ask you to send photos, and we will probably ask you to send your board back to us for inspection. We do this so that we can see exactly how, where and why the board has snapped, and often we can use our findings to improve things.

Shipping and online shop

We sell a few things online that you cannot get from out shops, like clothing, factory 2nds, and other apparel.

Unfortunately we only ship orders to the UK for now! Shipping on all orders is free and we do our best to get your order out to you the day it is placed, using a next working day delivery service.

We accept Paypal and most Credit /Debit cards as payment. You can place orders online or over the phone.

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us to arrange a return, swap or refund. We will not accept any returns without prior contact from you.
